RENO DIAGNOSTIC CENTERS’ SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
Reno Diagnostic Centers’ awarded scholarships to local area high school seniors
RENO, Nev. (August 1, 2014) – Reno Diagnostic Centers (RDC) awarded five (5) scholarships to graduating seniors from local area high schools. RDC believes in supporting the communities which we serve. One of the ways of giving back is by providing secondary education scholarships.
This was the first year of RDC’s scholarship program and we were so pleased with the response that we increased the award to five (5) scholarships. Each $500 scholarship is renewable for up to three consecutive years or until completion of the student’s first bachelor’s degree, whichever comes first. Out of the five selected students, four (4) will be attending University of Nevada-Reno and one will attend the University of Michigan.
“Our vision for the scholarship program was to find a way to give back to the community. Not only are we the leader in medical imaging for nearly 30 years, we are also committed to supporting the community where we live and work. With the inaugural year of the scholarship program, we are pleased to donate these five scholarships to deserving students and look forward to building the program.”
